TrueTensionTM TI14 Indicator
The TrueTensionTM TI14 Indicator is a low cost device that
measures and displays total web tension in any tension zone. The unit
measures tension by taking an output signal from one or two tension transducers
and amplifying the signal to display actual tension on an indicator meter.
In addition, a standard voltage output and a current output proportional
to tension are available to interface with tension recorders, control systems,
computers or drive systems. An optional Tension Limit Switch activates
at high or low preset tensions.

- General purpose tension indicator
- Actual tension in standard units displayed on
large analog or optional digital meter
- 115V/ 230VAC 50/60Hz power input with 7/8" hole
for AC power wiring
- Operator devices include: 3 1/2" analog tension
meter, rocker on/off switch and green LED for AC power
- 0-10VDC and 4-20mA outputs proportional to tension
- Dual Calibration (includes dual meter scale and
switch)
- Rugged steel enclosure, 8"x10"x4", mounts to wall
or machine frame
- Choice of meter scales: 0-1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100,
150, 250, 500, 1000
